OcsPay is a payment automation solution provided by Onecodesoft that converts manual MFS (Mobile Financial Services) and bank payments into automatically verified transactions. We are not a traditional payment gateway but rather an automation layer for existing payment flows.
2. Description of Service
OcsPay provides the following services:
- Payment verification and automation for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions
- Android and iPhone-based payment detection and verification
- RESTful API endpoints for payment processing and management
- Web-based payment interface for customers
- Admin panel for user and payment management
- Webhook integration for real-time payment notifications
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use OcsPay, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 API Keys and Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys confidential and secure
- Not sharing your API keys with unauthorized parties
- Immediately revoking and regenerating API keys if compromised
- Using API keys only for authorized purposes
- Implementing proper security measures in your applications
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

5.2 Transaction Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, OcsPay relies on data provided by payment providers and mobile applications. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of transaction detection
- Immediate verification of all transactions
- Compatibility with all payment provider systems
You are responsible for verifying payment completion through your own systems and reconciliation processes.
5.3 Payment Provider Terms
Your use of payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is subject to their respective terms of service. OcsPay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these payment providers.
6. API Usage and Limits
When using our API:
- You must comply with all API documentation and guidelines
- We reserve the right to implement rate limiting and usage quotas
- Excessive API usage may result in temporary or permanent restrictions
- You must handle API errors and failures gracefully in your applications
- We may modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Onecodesoft and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONECODESOFT AND OcsPay SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or delays in payment verification
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Third-party conduct or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onecodesoft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or data you submit through the Service
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
